We use Vrbo's Moderate Cancellation Policy on our direct bookings as well:

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid minus the Stripe processing fee (see below). If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. There are no refunds on cancellations less than 14 days before check-in.

** Please note, we use Stripe Banking to provide secure transactions. They charge a 3% processing fee which is non-refundable. **

Please consider: The Emerald Coast is a region prone to rain, tropical storms and hurricanes; especially June-November.

Neither Airbnb or Vrbo allow guests or hosts to cancel or get a refund for these circumstances as they are considered "foreseeable events". We follow this policy on our direct bookings as well. We highly recommend Travel Insurance, especially one that includes CFAR "Cancel for Any Reason."
